Custom AAV Assembly & Purification Services

Virongy provides rapid, reliable custom AAV assembly and purification services to help accelerate your research. Our streamlined workflow quickly generates highly purified AAV particles from your custom genome or expression cassette, delivering a ready-to-use viral preparation for downstream applications.

AAV particles are purified using a phase-separation-based purification process to efficiently remove impurities and concentrate your viral preparation. Each project is handled with a focus on speed, quality, and reproducibility, allowing you to move efficiently from construct to purified AAV.

Your final AAV preparation is delivered ready for use in downstream in vitro or in vivo applications, helping reduce the time and resources required to generate your own viral vectors.

Quality Control & Available Options

Each custom AAV preparation undergoes qPCR-based quality control to determine viral genome titer. We generally achieve titers of greater than 1 × 10¹² genomic copies (GC) per mL, although final yield and titer may vary depending on the specific AAV genome and construct.

For customers requiring additional characterization, Virongy also offers infectivity testing and additional quality control services upon request.
