Product Description

Product Description

R8.71 HIV-1 RCL Positive Control Virus is an attenuated HIV-1-derived control material designed for replication competent lentivirus (RCL) assay development, assay qualification, and quality control workflows. This product supports lentiviral vector safety testing applications in academic, biotechnology, and gene therapy research laboratories. The control virus is suitable for validating amplification and detection workflows, including p24 ELISA, RT-qPCR, and permissive cell-based RCL assays. Customizable aliquot sizes and titers are available upon request. The material is manufactured for research use only (RUO) and shipped frozen on dry ice to ensure long-term stability and performance consistency.
